A fun and engaging culinary experience, led by the chefs of the Carozzi brigade, who will guide you to discover the genuine flavors of Valsassina and its traditional recipes.
The Carozzi experiences are an authentic journey into dairy culture, a complete immersion in the flavours and ancient traditions of Valsassina and Lake Como.
In the Cooking Class Experience, participants will be guided by the chef in the preparation of Pizzoccheri and Tiramisu and will be able to taste the dishes prepared together.
It’s also ideal for team buildings because it brings into play many useful skills for working in group: communicating effectively, being precise, organizing the various phases and managing time, collaborating, being attentive and quick, avoiding mistakes and managing unexpected events. The group is divided into two teams and is involved in a real challenge.
