Fourth night of the Moltrasio Buskers Festival: Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 9:15 pm in San Rocco Square, ON AIR by and with Le Radiose.

Radio Radiose: only music from the '30s (and '40s!) broadcast strictly live and on air! Le Radiose - Adelina, Guendalina and Bice - lead the schedule and accompany their radio listeners through the syncopated and sparkling tunes of the Swing Era (Andrew Sisters, Chordettes, Trio Lescano, Quartetto Cetra)...But what happens if the frequency becomes unstable and capricious?An enthralling madness in frequency modulation that among buzzes, rustles, address books and phone calls drags the audience into a radio roller coaster of eras and stli.
"On Air!" is a show that mixes clowning, physical theater and harmonized singing to
create an original and surreal play space that revolves around radio and its entire physical and sonic universe, combined with the great tradition of the swinging vocal trios/quartets of the 1930s and 1940s.

THE RADIOS:
are a vintage-clown-radio vocal trio! A clown-vocal project born in 2018 from the meeting of thespians and street artists from different companies that have been active in the world of clown theater for years: Emanuela Belmonte, Genea Manenti, Valentina Musolino.
The trio's work explores the blending of clown and vocality by focusing on the comic mechanisms that can arise from the meeting of musical, sound, visual and physical languages.
With the show "On Air!" they have participated in some of the most important Italian street and circus theater festivals: Tutti Matti Per Colorno (PR), Carnevale di Venezia, Battiti - Rassegna internazionale di circo teatro (Rome).
