Important information

Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the starting time, for the check-in procedure, and remember to bring your passport or identity card with you to sign the rental agreement.

Subject to favorable weather conditions. In case of cancellation due to bad weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund (water cannot come into contact with electrical devices)

Theft insurance not available: in case of theft or damage, € 600 (Standard Bikes) or € 900 (City eBike) will be charged at the rental location and other prices will be applied in case of damage to the accessories. We have third party liability insurance included in the price.

Minimum heights

-eBike / standard bike-160 cm / 5'3 "

-Mountain bike for children-140 cm / 4 '7 "

Minimum age to drive

-eBike: 16 years (with parent / guardian supervision)

-Standard Bike or Mountain Bike for Children: 9-15 years (with the supervision of a parent / guardian)

Children: up to 7 years (or up to 20kg) in the seat (additional cost)

The tour is only available in the morning. If you want to do it in the afternoon, you can contact us and we can check, if possible, to make you a tour

Cancellation policy

We have 2 types of tickets: Refundable or Non-Refundable. The cancellation policy is based on the ticket you choose.

-Refundable tickets. This type of ticket can be refunded within 24 hours prior to the start of the tour without any penalty (except for credit card processing fees).

-Non-refundable tickets. This type of ticket CANNOT be refunded within 24 hours before the start of the Tour and no refunds will be allowed
