He has established himself internationally as one of the most original and daring artists of his generation. After enchanting the audience at the Auditorium with his Kremerata Baltica, the great Gidon Kremer returns to the STRADIVARIfestival in a trio with cellist Giedrė Dirvanauskaitė and pianist Georgijs Osokins. A ceaseless discoverer of composers and music from the contemporary scene, the violinist from Riga alternates pieces by classical authors (Mozart and Schubert) with new works by Lithuanian composer Raminta Šerkšnytė and by the Russian, now living in Belgium, Victor Kissine.
