Bereguardo Castle
Destinato prevalentemente a funzioni residenziali difendeva il versante occidentale dello Stato di Milano
Bereguardo Castle is an imposing Visconti style manor house dating to the 14th century in the centre of the town with visible remains of the old moat around it. It is square plan but with an unusual U shape because the whole north wing is missing.
Today it hosts the town hall and public library and still conserves traces of the presence of Filippo Maria Visconti. One of the windows of the north wing bears a FM.
