Santissima Trinità Church
The Santissima Trinità Church is a typical example of a church designed according to the rules wanted by San Carlo Borromeo for the construction of the holy buildings.
The architecture is sober: the layout is square and it has an extension in the presbytery and in the semi-round apse. The facade is slim and it has two floors divided by a cornice parallel to the gable. The inner part has a barrel vault with a long cornice based on some shelves which block the vertical layout of the building and enhance its neoclassical characteristics.
