very year on August 14th, the charming town of Aprica bursts into life with energy, music, and colors during Color Emotion — a unique, non-competitive walk open to all. This special event honors the memory of Riccardo “Ricky” Galbiati, a young man with deep ties to this beautiful location. Organized by the Pro Loco of Aprica, Color Emotion has become an eagerly awaited summer tradition, blending sport, fun, and charity in a truly unforgettable way.

How it Works
Participants gather in the afternoon at Baradello, where they receive the official event t-shirt and colorful, non-toxic powder sachets — easy to wash off. From there, a joyful walk begins, winding through the scenic trails of Aprica, with vibrant bursts of color launched at various points along the route.

The walk culminates at the Santa Maria sports field, where the celebration continues with:

• Live DJ sets and music

• A lively foam party

• Tasty food stands offering local delights

• Fun games for children

It’s an exceptional opportunity to come together in a festive atmosphere filled with joy, laughter, and meaningful memories.
