Remains of the ancient walls (war memorial) i
The city walls were built from the second half of the 12th century and were remodelled several times.
Currently in Piazzale Pietro Zaninelli, leaning against the ruins of the ancient castle erected by Frederick II (immediately destroyed by the Milanese in 1251), stands the monument commemorating the sacrifice of the fallen soldiers from Lodi during World Wars I and II.
