Gola up

Gola Up is a mountaineering route traced in the gorges of Torrente Scerscen near Campo Franscia (Sondrio)

Begin with a 40 m double rope rappel from a gigantic boulder, continue along fixed ropes, zip-line and short stretches to be covered on foot or with easy climbing and ending along the riverbed by a bridle from which, to the left, we return to the access patch.

Journey time 3 hours

To travel Gola Up you need:

A good mountaineering preparation

1 set for fixed rope route

1 pulley with two pulleys in line

2x50 m ropes

1”bucket” type descender

1helmet

1 pair of gloves

Warning: the route takes place in a natural environment, potentially hostile, subject to floods; avoid using it with large water flows (on Thursday morning pay attention to scheduled water release) and near thunderstorms.

Attach to each zip-line one person at a time.

Along the way, there are two escape routes, both on the right, marked with signs.

Everyone goes through Gola Up at his own risk.

It is recommended to be accompanied by a mountain guide.

Please report any damage or deterioration to the Municipality of Lanzada.
