Lake Garda is the largest one in Italy and one of the most popular tourist destinations in central Europe.

To better understand why, you just need to pedal for a short trail along its Lombard shores. It might be the occasion to treat yourselves to an unforgettable time by taking the Wine and Flavor Trail of Garda in order to taste some local specialties, all while you pass trhough numerous lakeside places such as Limone sul Garda, famous for its lemon trees and olive oil. Once you arrive to Salò, a relaxing drink by the shore will be the perfect occasion for a well-deserved break, but only after you have visited its historic center.

You can also pedal along the opposite shore if you wish with the ferry that connects Toscolano Maderno and Torri del Benaco. You can reach Salò from Brescia along the Prealps as well.
