In this stage you can complete the ringroad that encircles the Bergamasque plains that you started in the previous sections.

The first one is already renowned, just take the opposite side of the last kilometers of the third stage by going up the Serio river.

This can be a great occasion for noticing how the landscape changes at different hours and standpoints. Only slower type of tourism such as this allows you to grasp upon such details.

Once you get to Romano di Lombardia, a crossroads at the west will take you to the Oglio river, where you will find another bike lane. Going along the main course, keep pedaling to the side of the Serio river.

ou will know you are arriving to Seriate with the increasing number of houses along the way just a few kilometers away from Bergamo. Take some time to enjoy a walk in this city, split in two by the river. Another cycling itinerary that goes east starts here, taking you to discover Lake Iseo.

Total elevation: 150 meters
Difficulty level: recommended for experienced cyclists due to its lenght, dirtroad parts and elevation. It is possible to split this stage in two by stopping for instance at Martinengo, with a small detour from the main route
