Giuseppe and Titina Dal Verme Contemporary Art Museum
Since 2003, the rooms of the Dal Verme Castle in Zavattarello have housed a growing and evolving collection of contemporary art, which is just one of the attractions offered to the thousands of visitors who come each year to visit the medieval fortress.
The museum displays works of Italian art from the second half of the 20th century to the present day, as well as older paintings by Count Giuseppe Dal Verme, the owner of the castle in the early 20th century. The museum is named after Count Giuseppe Dal Verme and his wife Titina Gavazzi, as a tribute to their great love for art and for this fortress, which was donated to the people of Zavattarello by the heirs in 1975.
