From the Treasure of the Cathedral to the MEMB, there are many museums where you can discover local history, art and culture

Museums Monza. The heart of the Brianza is a renowned manufacturing hub near Milan that also offers several cultural attractions such as exhibitions and some of the most important civic museums in Lombardy.

Start enjoying tourism in Monza with the Tesoro del Duomo Museum, displaying over 1400 years of city history and illustrious figures that gathered the wonders of the Cathedral. Its permanent exhibition showcases artefacts donated by Lombard sovereigns Agilulf and Theodelinda or even Emperor Berengar I of Italy. One of them is the Iron Crown of Lombardy, which is told to contain one of the nails from the Crucifixion.

This is only the beginning regarding visiting museums in Monza. Head to the Arengario Picture Gallery and their outstanding collections.Tourism in Monza would not be complete without visiting the Triennale, located inside the recently restored Royal Villa, currently available to the public for visits.

Other landmarks you should not miss are the Colombo Mill and the Ethnographic Museums. Check the one dedicated to Modern Art in Lissone, the  MUST of Vimercate and the Scalvini in Desio. Briosco's Rossini Art Site is a suggestive, unparalleled open air museums Lombardy.
