Depart from Monza, a city rich in places of history and art to visit. Among the many is the Cathedral with the Longobardi treasures, the Royal Villa immersed in its enormous historical park, perfect to visit by bike, the Autodromo, where, in September, the engines of the Formula 1 Italian Grand Prix roar.

Start pedalling north following the river Lambro, in the midst of the green. In Briosco stop to visit the artistic furnace, the only one remaining in the area from the long tradition of handmade production of Lombard terracotta, and the Church that you notice immediately for its unusual characteristics, custodian of true works of art of local "kilnsmen”.

Then, in the Natural Park of the Valle del Lambro, two special natural areas await you: the ravine of Inverigo and oasis of Baggero. The first is the only Lombard ravine in a hilly environment and can be visited with regulated access; the second is a naturalistic area of 225,000 square metres with two artificial lakes.
