Our “Cheese Mickey” laboratory is a complete journey which, starting from the selection of milk, illustrates all the production processes up to the creation of a real shape of Primosale cheese, to reveal all the natural magic of transforming milk into cheese .
Each child will be able to make their own shape of Primosale to take home and enjoy together with the whole family. Furthermore, as a skilled explorer of traditions, the little participant will become in effect a “Cheese Mickey” with a certificate of participation.
On request: picnic basket to be consumed in the play ground area.

Dairy workshop conducted by our Master Cheesemaker of 1 and a half hours. Certificate of participation, Primosale cheese produced.
On reservation. On weekdays from September to June (not July and August).
Duration of the experience approximately 1 hour and a half.
Groups minimum 10 maximum 20 participants
