Cooking Night with Chef Mainardi - Waiting for the Wild Boar Festival
On Monday 23rd September, from 7 to 10 pm, a cooking night will be held in Piazza 28 Maggio in Sulzano, with the renowned Chef Andrea Mainardi, as a preview for the 20th Wild Boar Festival.
The event includes a contest between local restaurateurs - who will prepare a special dish based on wild boar - and a live cooking with Chef Mainardi, who will present his version. The public will be responsible for deciding which restaurant will win the contest.

9 tastings of the competing dishes (8 local restaurants + Chef Mainardi's dish), half a litre of water.

Notes
- Withdrawal conditions: The ticket is transferable, but not refundable.
